MEEML 2026 registration is open now. Please click on the link to register for the conference:
At least one author of each accepted paper must register to ensure that the paper will be included in the MEEML 2026 conference proceedings. Note that each accepted paper must have at least one full registration, either Early Bird or Late Full Registration.

Terms and Conditions:
Full registration includes: Access to all MEEML 2026 Workshops and electronic download of the workshop proceedings, catering during conference.
Cancellation, Refund and No-show Policies:

No refund for paper registration.

Refund is possible ONLY for non-paper-affiliated registrations.

No refund would be issued unless a cancellation request with your affiliation stamp is sent to the conference secretary by 15 Nov, 2025 (AoE).

Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes.

Full student registration covers only one regular paper (main or adjunct).

Full non-student regular registration covers up to two regular papers (main or adjunct).

One regular registration is within 6 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.

One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only ONE proceedings.

At least one author for each accepted final paper must register for paper publication.

Students must provide proof of their status to the conference secretariat.

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.

The conference papers will be submitted for publication on time, and the publishing press will submit the proceedings to major database, such as EI, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other databases. Since the database has the right to selected for inclusion in the engineering database, so we can not make any guarantee for any index. Please consider clearly before registering
