Important Dates

We are pleased to announce the important dates for MEEML 2026. Please mark your calendars!
All deadlines are based on Anywhere on Earth (AoE), at midnight on the specified date.

  • Submission Deadline: December 15, 2025

  • Notification of Acceptance: January 5, 2026

  • Registration Deadline: January 20, 2026

  • Conference Date: March 13-15, 2026

Paper Submissions

Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the Electronic Submission System in PDF format before the deadline.

 

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers in English. Submissions should present novel research results or significant practical experiences. Submissions will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. The papers should be formatted according to the format. The submission must be in PDF format.

The manuscript should not exceed 6 pages, including references.

We invite all prospective authors to submit your manuscripts through the MEEML 2026 submission portal.

Submission Type

1. Full Paper (Presentation and Publication)

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers will be accepted by Electronic Submission System. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

2. Abstract (Presentation Only)

Accepted abstract will be invited to give the presentation at the conference, the abstract will not be published. Please submit your abstract to Electronic Submission System.
 

Submission Policy

​All submissions must be in English with a varying length from 4 to 6 pages including figures and references, adhere to the template format in the conference website, and must be sent to or For avoiding submit repeatedly, please do select one method only.

By submitting a manuscript to MEEML 2026, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another peer-reviewed conference or workshop with publicly accessible papers during the review period. As a rule of thumb, the submission should contain no more than 20 percent of material from previous publications.


Authors must complete their submissions before the designated deadlines. Late submissions will not be considered. The initial and final submissions must be in editable format. Hardcopy is not accepted.

Template

Authors are requested to submit papers reporting original research results and experience.

Papers should be prepared using the following template:

Conference Proceedings

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the MEEML 2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus index etc for indexing. Authors of accepted papers are required to complete the copyright form and ensure that their final manuscripts comply with conference's formatting guidelines.
